About me
I am often asked what my niche is, as a coach. My answer is that it is people. I have always been interested in people, and most of my formal education relates in some way to people, how they learn and think, although lately, in an informal way, I have turned to philosophy. It seems the questions we ask ourselves today are not after all so very new.
Before training as a coach, I worked for many years as a dyslexia support tutor with students at both universities in Oxford. This needed a clear understanding of the students’ learning needs, and to provide them with a safe space where they could learn and progress, and grow in confidence and expertise, without fear of judgement.
My style of coaching is very much the same, to provide you with a safe space, without fear of judgement. My role is to listen thoughtfully, ask questions, help you reflect and move past the place where you feel stuck.
